OYA has partnered with Channel Islands Expeditions, offering students from all over the globe the chance to learn about and visit the channel Islands Marine Sanctuary. This pristine island chain is located 22 miles off of the southern coast of California and is home to countless endemic and migrating species. We are paving a path for students to learn about the cultural and natural history of these islands while giving them the opportunity to visit them first hand with Channel Islands Expeditions.
